Baker Hill University provides a variety of training offerings aligned with your project implementation, and then later moving forward through your usage of the system in production. The training methods include web-based sessions as well as instructor-led onsite sessions (at your client site or in our Carmel, Indiana office).
With an average tenure of seven years totaling more than 40 years of Baker Hill experience, our training staff within Baker Hill Education Services is a valuable resource to help you get the most out of Baker Hill NextGen® throughout your system implementation and beyond. During Baker Hill Implementation
Implementation training encompasses your User Acceptance Testing Group, your end-user Role-Based Trainings or Train the Trainer sessions, as well as extensive training for your system administrators, report authors, and custom documentation authors. Full documentation for all sessions is provided in PDF, and updates can be requested at any time!
Continuous Learning
Ongoing training is always available through Education Services by custom scoping, Baker Hill Community offerings, and release transition web-sessions; all methods utilized within your implementation are available for later ongoing or attrition training.
In addition to formal instructor-led training, Baker Hill provides online knowledge support through our deeply sophisticated Help system for Baker Hill NextGen, which includes best practices, embedded videos, steps/actions, concepts, and examples/samples, as well as through our website's Community and online library of articles.
Baker Hill NextGen® Certified Adminsitrator Training
Baker Hill University is now offering the Baker Hill NextGen® Certified Administrator program. Investing in this certification gives you peace of mind and confidence that your administrator is skillfully utilizing Baker Hill NextGen® for maximum profitability. All Baker Hill NextGen® Certified Administrators are offered free, ongoing training opportunities to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest product enhancements.
For those fully trained System Administrators, we encourage considering our Baker Hill NextGen® Certified Administrator program. Applications to become Certified are open at any time, and then scheduled during our quarterly windows; note that the application is necessary to ensure that you have completed all trainings to set you up for Certification success!
