Christine McCormick, VP of Implementation at Baker Hill, is an experienced leader who champions client success. With over a decade of experience in the fintech industry, Christine has established herself as a Certified Associate in Project Management and an expert in simultaneous project coordination, scope planning, communication, CRM, and process. Since joining the company in 2011 as a Client Support Associate, Christine has embodied Baker Hill’s passion for talent management as she progressed through Client Support and Project Management (Project Manager to Director), before achieving her current role leading multiple client-focused departments. Christine’s knowledge of successful implementations, change management, process improvements, and client relationships ensures our clients are in capable and experienced hands throughout their implementations.
Christine’s primary focuses are family and community. Christine’s leadership within her community is unmistakable, through her active engagement in her school district, from the Fueled for School nonprofit aimed at reducing and eliminating food insecurity, to assistant coaching within numerous intermural sports.
