Sheila Simpson is Chief HR Officer at Baker Hill, where she is responsible for providing strategic and operational human resources to support cross-functional teams that drive results. In her role at Baker Hill, she is focused on creating progressive employee experience, talent, and leadership development programs while optimizing HR policies and processes to support the company’s continued growth.
Sheila brings over two decades of professional experience in human resources, having served companies ranging from startups to mid-size and multi-billion-dollar global conglomerates. Most recently, Sheila came to Baker Hill from Intelinair, where she served as Chief HR Officer. Before Intelinair, Sheila served as the Managing Director of HR at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). There, she oversaw all functions of HR, including talent acquisition, talent development and retention, compensation strategies, and workforce planning. She also held multiple roles at Dow AgroSciences, where she served in various HR and leadership functions for more than 20 years.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
