As President and CEO of Baker Hill, Andy Ivankovich is committed to creating and delivering innovative lending solutions that evolve banking.
Andy is a deeply experienced fintech executive and passionate entrepreneur who brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry to Baker Hill. He has a strong track record of developing innovative, customer-centric software solutions in digital lending, and he is excited to lead Baker Hill forward.
Following Fiserv’s acquisition of iLendx, a company he founded while pioneering cloud-native lending origination products, he oversaw Fiserv’s lending and deposit software products and services division. Before his software career, Andy was a banker and managed a $14 billion lending portfolio as a product executive with USAA, where he also developed and is a named inventor on USAA's lending technology patents.
Andy believes in the power of community and in the importance of supporting community banks and credit unions. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a small business owner of Singing Waters Vineyards in Comfort, Texas, a fintech entrepreneur, and a former banker, Andy has a deep understanding and appreciation of the challenges faced by today’s financial institutions and their customers.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Andy has four children and is actively involved in charitable and veteran-focused organizations, including initiatives to support veteran entrepreneurship.
