Our goal is to give you the direction, information and skills you need to successfully use and manage your Experian products and experience a greater return on your investment. From Webinars to our state-of-the-art training center in Carmel, Indiana, Experian’s Education Services team of talented trainers is committed to your success.

Multiple Platforms

Education Services offers a variety of training platforms to meet your needs. If you do not find an option that works for you, contact us and we will develop a customize approach based on your requirements.

e-Learning

e-Learning is Education Services' answer to the need to provide hands-on training within an on-demand format convenient to employees' schedules and needs. (Note: e-Learning is the use of digital tools and technology for software simulation and guided walkthroughs.) e-Learning is a subscription-based training offering; subscriptions are offered annually, through your contract term, or short term (120 days).

Fundamentals Workshops

Fundamentals workshops are hands-on sessions geared toward specific products. You can attend a one-day session, or an entire week-long workshop, to become better equipped to build innovative strategies that will achieve your business objectives.

Webinars

Typically one to two hours in length, and focused on specific areas of each product, Web-based training sessions utilize a presentation format to teach required concepts. Live demonstrations then walk you through the actual steps needed to perform these tasks. Webinars are administered through a conference call and via an Internet connection.

Certification

• OnePoint Certified Administrator Program
  If you are responsible for the OnePoint suite at your institution, our OnePoint Certified Administrator program is for you. It provides a way for you to master your "OnePoint expertise" and gives you the credentials to prove it!

• Baker Hill Origination Administrator Certification Program
  The Baker Hill Origination Administrator Certification program supports both the Bank2Business and the Bank2Consumer products. As an origination certified administrator, you can ensure immediate changes to your Bank2Business or Bank2Consumer site. You will be granted rights to configure your organization, security, products and credit policy messages without the assistance of Experian. Your organization will also gain the assurance that certified employees know and understand the entire Bank2Business and Bank2Consumer products. Experian suggests each client have at least two certified administrators.
